A typical visit: studio 2 hours · one bed 2½ · two bed 3 · three bed 3½ · four bed 4½. Ten per cent off the first clean booked online. £26 an hour is the rate with your own products and equipment — your hoover, your surfaces, your choice of product, which matters on marble, natural stone and hand-painted joinery. Flats where nobody is in during the day
Most of our NW1 customers are out at work, which makes the arrangement simple and the reliability everything. Same named cleaner, a logged key, a fixed slot, and a message when the visit is done. What you should not accept anywhere, and particularly not where you are handing over a key, is a different person each week from a pool you cannot ask about.
The early slot is the good slot here
Camden runs late, and a visit at six in the evening is a visit fighting the whole borough for a parking space. We would rather be in at seven in the morning — the cleaner is not late because the High Street was solid, and the flat is done before you are home.
What Camden homes are like to clean
Flats above shops on the High Street and Parkway
Usually up a narrow staircase with no lift, so everything goes up by hand. Then extraction grease from the restaurant below, street dust through sash windows, and kitchens that have been cleaned around rather than cleaned. Deep cleans here often need the two-stage approach — degrease first, then finish.
Terraces around Camden Square and towards Primrose Hill
Tall, narrow Georgian and Victorian houses over three or four floors, with original joinery, sash windows and a lot of stairs. Time goes on the staircase and the high line — tops of doors, picture rails, cornices — rather than on floor area.
New-build and canal-side apartments
Different problem entirely: engineered flooring, glass balustrades, integrated appliances and limescale from hard water. Different products, same fixed price.
Parking, honestly
Camden is a controlled zone and there is often nowhere to park in NW1. If you can leave a visitor permit we use it; where a paid bay is the only option we pay it and add it at cost, and we tell you the figure before the visit rather than surprising you on the invoice.
