The mansion blocks towards Lisson Grove and Maida Vale. Porters on many, a lift on most, and a signing-in book on some. We send the name of whoever is coming the day before so nobody is turned away at the desk. Access is the planning problem; the flats themselves are straightforward.

Keys, concierges and handovers

Keys are logged and held by the office, signed in and out for each visit, never carried loose. Where the building has a concierge we work through them and the same named cleaner is on the list. Where you would rather nothing was held at all, we work to a time you are in and keep that slot.
