Queen's Park is family houses and garden flats around a Victorian park, and the tenancies here run long. A three-year let in a family house is a different clean from a one-year flat: more wear, more built-up limescale, and a garden or a patio that is usually in the inventory and almost never in the cleaning quote.
What we price, and what it costs
These are our fixed end of tenancy cleaning prices for an empty property in Queen's Park. They include a full oven deep clean, everything needed to clean an empty home, and the seven-day re-clean guarantee. No survey, no callback, and no “from” price that changes on the day.

What’s different about cleaning in Queen's Park
Garden flats and lower-ground floors
A lot of the housing here is a terrace split into an upper maisonette and a garden flat. Lower-ground floors collect damp and the window tracks at pavement level fill with grit, both of which photograph badly at a check-out. We do the tracks and the frames as standard rather than as an add-on.
What is in the inventory that is not in most quotes
Check-in inventories on family houses here routinely list the shed, the patio, the bin store and sometimes the decking. We do not do gardens, and we will say so rather than let you find out on the day — but it is worth reading the inventory before you book anyone, because that is the document the deduction is measured against.
Long tenancies, more limescale
Three or four years in London water leaves scale on shower glass and taps that needs an acid descaler and time on it, not scrubbing. It is the single most common bathroom finding at a check-out in this postcode and it is included at every property size.
Regular cleaning in Queen’s Park — weekly and fortnightly
Most of our Queen’s Park customers are families with young children and a standing weekly slot, which puts the emphasis on who comes rather than what it costs. £26 an hour weekly, £28 fortnightly, two-hour minimum, the same named cleaner every visit, and no contract and no exit fee — if it stops working you tell us and it stops. Every cleaner is employed by us on PAYE, right-to-work verified and DBS checked, and we carry £5,000,000 cover.
| Housekeeping | Rate | Minimum |
|---|---|---|
| Weekly | £26/hr | 2 hours |
| Fortnightly | £28/hr | 3 hours |
| One-off | £30/hr | 2 hours |
A typical visit: studio 2 hours · one bed 2½ · two bed 3 · three bed 3½ · four bed 4½. Ten per cent off the first clean, and no contract or exit fee — if it stops working you tell us and it stops. £26 an hour is the rate with your own products and equipment — your hoover, your surfaces, your choice of product, which matters on marble, natural stone and hand-painted joinery. If you would rather we brought everything we can, and it is charged as an extra shown on your quote.
Every cleaner is right-to-work verified, and you can see it
In a house with small children, who is in it matters more than anything on a price list. Every cleaner is employed by us on PAYE, right-to-work verified and DBS checked — not subcontracted, not a cash arrangement — checked before their first shift rather than asserted on a website. We are also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under ZC256136.
Long tenancies mean limescale, and limescale needs a schedule
People stay in Queen’s Park, and a bathroom used hard for six years has scale on the screen, the taps and the shower head that no weekly wipe will shift. We descale on a cycle rather than on request, and the shower head comes off and soaks — which is the one job that makes an old bathroom look looked-after again.
Garden flats, and the door that lets the garden in
A lower-ground flat brings soil in at the back as well as the front, and it has less air movement than the flat above. In a weekly visit that means the strip in front of the garden doors gets proper attention every time, and it means we do not over-wet floors that will not dry.
Office and commercial cleaning in Queen’s Park
Salusbury Road is a working high street — cafes, a run of small offices and studios above the shops, clinics, a couple of nurseries and several salons. Small premises, sharp standards, and almost all of them need the clean done before opening rather than after closing.
From £30 an hour, quoted as a fixed monthly figure once we have walked the space, on a rolling monthly contract with thirty days’ notice on either side. No twelve-month tie-in. Every cleaner is directly employed by us, right-to-work verified and DBS checked, and signs an NDA as standard. We carry £5,000,000 public liability cover and the certificate goes out with the quotation rather than on request. The site visit is free.
Where there are children on the premises the vetting position matters, and ours is not a claim on a website: every cleaner is directly employed by us on PAYE rather than subcontracted, right-to-work verified before their first shift, we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under ZC256136, and the £5,000,000 insurance certificate goes out with the quotation. Ask for any of it and you will get the document rather than an assurance.
Oven cleaning in Queen’s Park
On an end of tenancy or deep clean the oven is included free — racks, trays, door glass, the seal and the fan housing. On its own it is £69 for a single, £89 for a double and £129 for a range, and we take the door glass apart rather than wiping between the panes and calling it done.
Tenancies here run long — four, six, eight years in the same flat is ordinary in Queen’s Park — and a long tenancy changes both the oven and the bathroom. The oven carbon is older and harder than the two-year equivalent and needs the racks and trays in a dip tank rather than a spray, and the limescale on the shower screen and the taps is thicker than anything a same-day product will shift. Both are in a deep clean here as a matter of course. Standalone, a single oven is £69, a double £89 and a range £129.
